Shot guns must be plugged to 3-shell capacity. Bow must cast one-ounce hunting arrow 150 yards.
Cub bear, panther - no hunting or molesting. No hunting of doe deer except as permitted on specific manage-
ment areas.
Deer and turkey must have date of kill punched on hunting license.

(1) The bag and possession limit of ducks shall be 4 and 8 respectively, two of which may be wood duck, one
of which may be a hooded merganser. Closed season on canvasback and redhead duck.
(2) In addition to day's bag of 4 and possession limit of 8 for other ducks, a day's bag of 5 American or red-
breasted mergansers (either species or mixed bag) may be taken; possession limit 10.
(3) Special seasons apply to Hardee and DeSoto Counties, Pinellas, Collier, and portions of Columbia County
closed. Special gobbler season 3rd District April 2 - April 11, one-half before sunrise to 12:-- noon, ex-
cept no season in Franklin, Gulf, Calhoun and Liberty outside of Gaskin Wildlife Management Area.
(4) License require during open hunting season.
(5) No early season on Alligator Point, Franklin County, nor in Hardee, DeSoto, Glades, Charlotte, Collier
Okeechobee, Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton Counties, nor that portion of Holmes County west
of the Choctawhatchee River.
(6) Special seasons apply to Gilchrist, Okaloosa & Walton Counties. Hardee, Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas,
DeSoto, Hillsborough south of U.S. Hwy. 92, Columbia south of State Rd. 18 & east of U.S. Hwy. 441,
Escambia & Santa Roas except within designated management area, Washington, Holmes & Jackson
Counties all closed. Monroe County closed to Key Deer.
NOTE: Except for first 9 days and during period between December 25 and Janurary 2 hunting in Second and
Fifth Districts is prohibted for deer, turkey, quail, squirrel, bear, and rabbit on Mondays, Tues-
days and Fridays. Opening Day, Closing Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
open to hunting.
