One reel to reel recording. Milner served as emcee. Boltin had been associated with the festival -- as a performer, director, and in other capacities -- since its inception in 1952. Starting in the mid-1950s, she presided over the proceedings as a master of ceremonies/host. Gamble Rogers pays tribute to Boltin and others, then performs.
