Accompanying note: "Tiny Pigeon Key is in the middle of the old Seven Mile Bridge. It was the headquarters for the Overseas Road and Toll Bridge Commission, which built the highway bridges over Flagler's old Overseas Railroad. It has been used as University of Miami's headquarters for the study of marine biology. To the right is the new Seven Mile Bridge over which traffic flows and compasses a magnificent sea view of Islands and ocean."
