Dear Pat,
We are fine here and still miss you and Priscilla very much. Whenever we visit your home there is a great emptiness (so quiet). We were there yesterday after Church. Everyone was well. Your mother looked very beautiful in her red and white outfit. We will miss your not being home for Easter but as you are finding out, life is full of sacrifices.
I have a feeling yours is not in vain. Don't feel too badly about people here not having written you. We (people) are selfish and unless something touch us directly we tend to put off the correct thing to do.
