Accompanying note: "The Erythrina or Coral tree is botanically known as the Erythrina umbrosoa. It is fully as beautiful as the Royal Poinciana, but its blossoms are of a deeper blood-red hue. It blooms usually late in January and into February. The trunk of this particular tree is 6 ft. in diameter and the crown of blossoms 100 ft. across."
