Description

Resolution adopted by the Palatka Chamber of Commerce calling on government leaders to take steps to mitigate the migration of labor from job to job, which they said was creating an acute shortage of labor in vital war industries in the county. They particularly recommended involving the Selective Service Boards in each county in this effort.
