Arabic music hails from the predominantly Islamic Arabs of the Middle East and North Africa. Its primary instruments include the lute (called the “oud”), flute, tambourine, drums, and the finger cymbals. Rick and Mark Bateh, and the Golden Star Arabic Band are examples of Floridian artists playing this genre of music.
