THE NATURE CONSERVANCY
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

WHEREAS, the Board of Governors has authorized the acceptance from Koreshan Unity, Inc., Hedwig Michel, President, of the donation of 75 acres of woodland located in Estero, Lee County, Florida, as a Nature Conservancy preserve, and

WHEREAS, members of the Board are well aware of the ever-increasing value of such natural areas for education, research, and inspirational values,

NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the deep gratitude of The Nature Conservancy is extended to the donors.

And be it further

RESOLVED that the preserve shall henceforth be known as The Koreshan Unity Preserve
