Description

Draft of an act of the Florida Territorial Legislative Council authorizing the appointment of special referees in certain cases pending before courts in the Territory of Florida. The bill was later annotated as having been from 1824, but it does not appear to have been passed during that legislative session. It may have either failed to pass a vote in the Territorial Legislative Council or the contents of the bill were incorporated into another act.
