Description

Report of the select committee to whom was referred the message of the governor of the 25th of January in relation to the election of chief magistrate of the territory by the people. The report contains a resolution calling on the Florida delegate in Congress to lobby for a reorganization of the territorial government that allows the people of the territory to elect the governor and secretary and for the addition of a senate to the legislative branch.
